AthleteTrain-Xwas created by Dominique Clare to help people reach their fitness goals by training like an athlete. As a former Division 1 college football player Dominique trained like an elite athlete since middle school. His athletic foundation of training combined with his current knowledge as a personal trainer lead him to bridge the two and create AthleteTrain-X so everyone can utilize the successful training methods used by athletes to reach their fitness goals and most importantly have fun doing it.
